This year marks a profound milestone—our 3rd Anniversary—and we invite you to join us for a transformative, 4-day journey that will reconnect you with the wisdom of ancestral movement practices. Designed for intermediate and advanced dancers, this intensive offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the power of dance, martial arts, sound healing, music education and fine arts. Through these sacred arts, you’ll refine your technique, expand your creative expression, and strengthen your connection to body, mind and soul. Ancestral Dance Movement

Connect to your body and soul through ancestral movement practices, tapping into the wisdom of sacred rhythms that have transcended generations!
Sonic Frequency Healing

Immerse yourself in a Sound Bath experience. Feel the healing vibrations of singing bowls and other powerful instruments as they restore harmony to your body and mind!
Martial Arts

Strengthen your body and mind by integrating martial arts into your practice, learning balance, power and discipline!
Fine Arts

Intermediate & Advanced ONLY! Prior movement training is required for this experience!
During each FTS MOVEMENT INTENSIVE/PROGRAM you have the opportunity to receive an FTS scholarship. The scholarships are based on movement/material retention, participation and overall progress throughout our training experiences. The mission of our scholarships is to provide more accessibility for movement artists to expand their ancestral movement knowledge.
