Processing Time
All of our items are made to order, which means they are carefully crafted just for you! Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships out.

Shipping Rates

  • Within the USA: We offer $8 flat rate shipping for all domestic orders.

  • International Shipping: We offer $18 flat rate shipping for all international orders. We ship to many countries worldwide — just check out our shipping options during checkout!

Shipping Times

  • Domestic (USA): Once your order is shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 3-7 business days.

  • International: International orders typically take 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package every step of the way.

Please note:

  • Made to Order: As each item is made just for you, please be aware that we do not accept returns on made-to-order items unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Customs: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in their respective countries.

7-Day Return Policy

At From The Soil Movement, we want you to love your purchase! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’ve made our return process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or defective.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or defective.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, and any tags must still be attached.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are not available unless the item is faulty or defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items or limited edition items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless faulty or defective.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately, and we’ll assist you with the return process.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email Us at hello@fromthesoilmovement.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return and verify it meets our conditions, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please process a return for the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label for a free return and either a replacement or full refund.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be returned within the 7-day window to be eligible for a refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
